No. Alan is a licensed independent insurance broker working with HealthMarkets Insurance Agency, Inc. Covered with Alan is a guidance experience, not an insurer or a government agency.
Are my answers a final quote or a decision?
No. What you share helps me prepare for our conversation — it isn't a quote, a recommendation, or an eligibility decision. Pricing, plan details, and eligibility are always confirmed together before you apply or enroll in anything.
What information will I need to share?
Just the basics: your ZIP code, age, household size, the type of coverage you're exploring, a general income range, and whether you currently have coverage. At the end, if you'd like to continue, you'll share your name and how to reach you. Never enter Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, payment details, or detailed medical history.
Can I stop partway through and come back later?
Yes — your progress is saved automatically as you go, so you can close the tab and pick up where you left off.
